When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVPs will be sent out early next year (2027), and we would love to receive your response by June 15th, 2027.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your online RSVP form should specify if a plus-one is allowed with your invitation. If you think we have made a mistake, or could like to inquire about bringing someone, please don't hesitate to message us! We may have made a mistake.
Are children invited?
Yes! If you have a child and they aren't included in your invitation, please message us so we can adjust accordingly. All we ask is that you keep an eye on your child.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony itself will be outdoors; however, if it is raining, we will move indoors either at the location of the ceremony or the reception. (This decision will be made closer to the big day, and you will be notified.) The reception will be indoors, with the option for guests to explore the park outdoors.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to the ceremony.
Are the venues handicap accessible?
Both venues are incredibly accessible. That said, the walk to the reception hall is a few hundred feet. If this is an issue, let us know, and we will arrange for drive-up access to the front entrance.
What are the food options?
We are still deciding on a caterer! That said, there will be options, and we will accommodate any dietary needs/restrictions. Please specify these needs/restrictions in your RSVP.
What should I wear?
Please wear whatever makes you shine/feel confident. We want our guests to be comfortable and happy.
Where should I stay?
If you are traveling in for the big day, please stay wherever looks the most appealing to you. We have given a variety of options under the "travel" tab on our website, but feel free to look around for local VRBOs or Airbnbs!
Is transportation provided?
Unfortunately, transportation is not provided. There are rental car places located at the Quad Cities International Airport, but you are not limited to those options if you want to explore elsewhere.
What if I can't attend, but still want to be a part of your big day?
We hear you! If you are unable to attend the wedding and RSVP that you are not going, we will follow up with a text/email with an alternative option to attend the wedding virtually. Details will be shared shortly after the RSVP deadline (June 15th, 2027) passes, so that you have adequate time to plan accordingly. (Please note that we REALLY want you to be there in person if at all possible, as nothing virtual can compare.)
If traveling, when should I arrive in the Quad Cities?
We would recommend looking at our wedding as a little weekend getaway! The Quad Cities has SO much to offer and explore. Visit our "things to do" tab for personal recommendations (which we will be adding to often) or visit https://visitquadcities.com/ for more ideas!
